TUBELED_25 RGB-W

Slim, robust and capable of automation

The TUBELED_25 RGB-W was specially developed for use in technical systems, automation and machine tools of the coming IoT generation. With its low overall height, the robust LED hybrid luminaire is also suitable for narrow installation situations. In keeping with RGB-W LED technology, the TUBELED_25 can illuminate brightly and signal with colored light if required.

In the IO-Link version, the luminaire can also be commissioned, parameterized and diagnosed by the user via suitable software. This means that you always have the status of your luminaire in view.

The technique

  • RGB LED chips arranged in clusters and high-power LED chips for white light - for a harmonious light pattern
  • Beam angle 100° and high color rendering with white light
  • RGB - i.e. [ Red | Green | Blue ] - LED chips can signal different states of machines and equipment by changing the color of the light - the mixture of the three basic light colors allow an output of more than 16 million colors
  • Control of the LED chips for light and color control by the PLC control of a machine or system or in the IO-Link variant via suitable, manufacturer-independent software
  • IP67 protection class and above-average service life of the RGB-W LED chips
  • Shatterproof, 0.16 inches thick, diffused tempered safety glass
  • Chip-proof, vibration and shock resistant - 100% CNC suitable
  • Oil-resistant seals (FKM seal Vition®)
  • Ready for automation and plant engineering: connection 24V DC and control via M8 sensor connector B-coded
